For their 3rd year in a row, People's Trust Insurance and its affiliate, Rapid Response Team, joined forces with the Rebuilding Together Broward organization to help make critical home improvements to two homes in Pompano Beach, Florida. Rebuilding Together is the nation's largest volunteer organization preserving and revitalizing low income houses, with a focus on disabled, elderly veterans. Rebuilding Together Broward specifically works to help homeowners in Broward County.

To show their constant appreciation for the dedication and bravery of firefighters who work next door, Peoples Trust Insurance hosted a holiday lunch to applaud the heroic first responders at Deerfield Beach Fire Rescue Station 102. This marks the third year the insurance company has celebrated its neighboring first responders in this way.

People’s Trust Insurance,  for the second year in a row, collects a company record amount of toys for the Toys for Tots. Toys for Tots brings members of the community together for a common cause while helping countless youngsters become responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.

As Broward County schools return for another school year, People’s Trust Insurance is working to make sure area students have the supplies they need for a successful year ahead. The company has collected notebooks, pencils, backpacks, crayons, and more for the 2016 Tools for Schools drive, which is a Broward Education Foundation initiative to provide school supplies to students in need throughout the Broward community

Peak home buying season has hit Florida, with more house hunters buying new homes during the summertime than any other season. Peoples Trust Insurance explains why it’s especially important to look beyond aesthetics to those home characteristics that drive up insurance costs. 

People's Trust Insurance receives a deserving award from the Insurance Marketing and Communications Association's (IMCA). On June 21st, at the Hyatt Regency in Baltimore, Maryland, People's Trust received the Award of Excellence and one Best of Show awards for having some of the most effective and innovative work in insurance marketing and communications. 

To help those most in need, People's Trust Insurance and its affiliate, Rapid Response Team, joined forces with the Rebuilding Together Broward organization to help make critical home improvements and provide safe and sanitary living conditions.  More than 25 employees came out and donated their time and skills to the Griffin household of Fort Lauderdale.

People's Trust Insurance partnered with the city of Deerfield Beach and donated $25,000 to Habitat for Humanity of Broward to help support the building of five homes for families to call home.  People’s Trust employees will also be hosting volunteer days to help in building the homes. And, the roofing professionals from the Rapid Response Team, an affiliate of People’s Trust, will also be donating their time and roofing materials.

People's Trust Insurance announced the retirement of a well-valued employee, Mitch Politzer, Chief Operating Officer.  He will continue to serve People’s Trust Insurance (PTI) in a new role as Vice Chair of the company’s Board of Directors and chairman of its Audit Committee.
