What Hurricane are you?

Consumers can find out if they are spontaneous and unpredictable like Hurricane Charley or confident and thorough like Hurricane Irene in the "What Hurricane Are You?" online quiz. The light-hearted quizlet is one of a variety of tools People’s Trust Insurance is using to encourage Florida homeowners to be better prepared for the 2015 hurricane season.

“The quiz is a fun, shareable way to help attract attention to the start of hurricane season and encourage Floridians to get ready,” said Adam Hasner, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for People’s Trust insurance. “We want Florida homeowners to know the simple steps they can take now to protect their homes and families.”

That’s why People’s Trust created a comprehensive guide to hurricane safety and preparedness for the 2015 hurricane season.

The 2015 Florida Hurricane Guide arms residents of the Sunshine State with expert advice on storm preparation, what to do when a storm hits, and how to recover in the aftermath of a storm. The information packet provides emergency contacts; information regarding warnings; safety tips for children, seniors, pets and food; and checklists for evacuations, home inventory worksheets, emergency kits and general protective measures.
